Estudio descriptivo sobre el nivel de la competencia resuelve problemas de gestión de datos e incertidumbre en estudiantes de educación secundaria

Abstract
En una sociedad de constantes cambios es importante analizar la información que los medios proporcionan. No obstante, en los últimos años, estudios nacionales reconocen que se han perdido habilidades respecto a la interpretación de gráficos estadísticos y la producción de información con base en ello. Por tal razón, fue necesario reconocer el nivel de logro de las habilidades estadísticas en estudiantes de secundaria. De esta forma, se tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de la competencia Resuelve problemas de gestión de datos e incertidumbre en los estudiantes de 2do grado de educación secundaria de la IE 7075 Juan Pablo II y de la IE Tupac Amaru II, pertenecientes al distrito de Chorrillos, UGEL 07. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 237 estudiantes del grado e instituciones mencionadas. El presente estudio correspondió a la modalidad Investigación aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño de investigación descriptivo de tipo simple, ya que se recogió información respecto a la variable de estudio. El resultado de la investigación evidencia que los estudiantes del 2do grado de nivel Secundaria de la IE 7075 Juan Pablo II y de la IE Tupac Amaru II, se encuentran en nivel logrado en la competencia Resuelve problemas de Gestión de datos e incertidumbre.
In a society of constant change, it is important to analyze the information provided by the media. However, in recent years, national studies recognize that skills have been lost with respect to the interpretation of statistical graphics and the production of information based on it. For this reason, it was necessary to recognize the level of achievement of statistical skills in high school students. Thus, the objective was to determine the level of competence in problem solving in data management and uncertainty in 2nd grade secondary school students of IE 7075 Juan Pablo II and IE Tupac Amaru II, belonging to the district of Chorrillos, UGEL 07. The study population consisted of 237 students of the mentioned grade and institutions. The present study corresponded to the applied research modality, with a quantitative approach and a simple descriptive research design, since information was collected regarding the study variable. The result of the research shows that the students of the 2nd grade of Secondary School of the IE 7075 Juan Pablo II and of the IE Tupac Amaru II, are at an achieved level in the competency of Problem Solving in Data and Uncertainty Management.
