Abstract
En el Perú, los estudiantes de primaria en el área de Matemática no logran alcanzar el nivel óptimo al resolver problemas y esto lo demuestra la prueba ECE. Es por ello que el presente estudio se centró en las estrategias heurísticas para desarrollar la competencia resuelve problemas de cantidad. Por tanto, el propósito de la tesina es describir las estrategias heurísticas para desarrollar la competencia resuelve problemas de cantidad, con información actualizada y con una variedad de textos informativos. La metodología de la investigación corresponde a un diseño documental, aplicada sin intervención pedagógica, basada en la recopilación de información de diversas fuentes de investigación digital con un enfoque cualitativo. Se utilizaron dos instrumentos, el fichero y el registro de páginas electrónicas. Finalmente, se concluyó que las estrategias heurísticas son recursos necesarios e indispensables en el desarrollo de problemas de cantidad, siendo una propuesta validada y vigente dónde el estudiante de primaria hace uso de sus saberes previos y experiencias nuevas para la resolución de problemas.

That is why the present study focused on heuristic strategies to develop competence to solve quantity problems. Therefore, the purpose of the dissertation is to describe heuristic strategies to develop competence in solving quantity problems, with updated information and with a variety of informative texts. The research methodology corresponds to a documentary design, applied without pedagogical intervention, based on the collection of information from various digital research sources with a qualitative approach. Two instruments were used, the file and the electronic page registry. Finally, it was concluded that heuristic strategies are necessary and indispensable resources in the development of quantity problems, being a validated and current proposal where the primary school student makes use of their previous knowledge and new experiences to solve problems.
