Abstract
La investigación sobre la relación entre el juego simbólico y las habilidades sociales ha demostrado que existe una correlación significativa entre estas dos áreas del desarrollo infantil. El juego simbólico es un componente crucial del desarrollo infantil, especialmente durante la primera infancia. Es un proceso creativo donde los niños utilizan objetos y acciones para representar situaciones, roles y emociones de la vida real. A través del juego simbólico, los niños pueden explorar sus experiencias, desarrollar su imaginación, y fortalecer su capacidad de comunicación y pensamiento abstracto.
Diversos estudios han confirmado que el juego simbólico juega un papel fundamental en el desarrollo de habilidades sociales. Los niños que participan en juegos simbólicos complejos, como interpretar roles y crear historias, tienden a tener mejores habilidades sociales, como la empatía, la comunicación, la colaboración y la resolución de conflicto.
