Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como propósito explicar cómo el aprendizaje kinestésico favoreció el desarrollo emocional en niños y niñas del ciclo II de educación inicial. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cualitativo y un diseño de revisión documental, mediante el cual se recopilaron, seleccionaron y analizaron diversas fuentes secundarias provenientes de artículos científicos, libros, investigaciones académicas y documentos especializados. Se empleó la técnica de fichaje para organizar la información relevante y garantizar rigurosidad en el análisis teórico. El estudio abordó conceptos relacionados con el aprendizaje kinestésico, las emociones, la inteligencia emocional y la educación emocional, así como antecedentes nacionales e internacionales que evidenciaron la importancia del movimiento corporal en el proceso educativo y emocional infantil. Los resultados del análisis mostraron que el aprendizaje kinestésico se vinculó con experiencias activas que facilitaron la expresión emocional, la autorregulación, la comprensión de situaciones cotidianas y el bienestar afectivo, lo que permitió reconocerlo como un recurso pedagógico significativo en la primera infancia. Se concluye que el aprendizaje kinestésico promueve el desarrollo emocional de los niños, dado que potencia la expresión de sentimientos, fortalece la seguridad afectiva y favorece el aprendizaje significativo mediante experiencias corporales.
The present study aimed to explain how kinesthetic learning supports the emotional development of boys and girls in Cycle II of early childhood education. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a documentary design, through which various secondary sources scientific articles, books, academic studies, and specialized documents were collected, selected, and analyzed. The note-card technique was used to organize the relevant information and ensure rigor in the theoretical analysis. The study addressed concepts related to kinesthetic learning, emotions, emotional intelligence, and emotional education, as well as national and international background that highlighted the importance of bodily movement in children’s educational and emotional processes. The results of the analysis showed that kinesthetic learning is linked to active experiences that facilitate emotional expression, self-regulation, the understanding of everyday situations, and affective well-being, allowing it to be identified as a significant pedagogical resource in early childhood. It is concluded that kinesthetic learning promotes children’s emotional development, as it enhances the expression of feelings, strengthens emotional security, and supports meaningful learning through bodily experiences.
