Abstract
En el presente estudio se planteó el objetivo de potenciar las habilidades lógico-matemáticas a través de la aplicación del proyecto “Construyo Contigo” en los niños de 5 años de la I.E. Monterrico Aplicación. El diseño de investigación seleccionado fue Innovación Educativa, ya que se buscó resolver un problema pedagógico, aplicando la metodología Lego Education, como alternativa de solución; interviniendo en la realidad educativa de los 23 estudiantes del aula "Girasoles" generando un cambio significativo en el proceso de aprendizaje de las matemáticas. Para el recojo de información se utilizaron tres instrumentos fundamentales que fueron las guías de observación, los diarios de clases y el cuestionario. Al concluir esta investigación los niños del aula “Girasoles” de 5 años lograron desarrollar sus habilidades lógico-matemáticas, en función a los cuatro pensamientos planteados: lógico matemático, numérico, métrico y espacial.
The objective of this study is to enhance logical-mathematical skills through the application of the project "Construyo Contigo" (I build with you) in 5-year-old children of the I.E. Monterrico Aplicación. The research design chosen was Educational Innovation, since it was intented to solve a pedagogical problem, applying the Lego Education methodology as an alternative solution, intervening in the educational reality of the 23 students of the "Girasoles" classroom, generating a significant change in the mathematics learning process. For the collection of information, three fundamental instruments were used, which were the observation guides, the class diaries and the questionary. At the conclusion of this research, the childrens of the "Girasoles" classroom, 5 years old, were able to develop their mathematical logic skills, according to the four thoughts proposed: mathematical logic, numerical, metric and spatial.
