Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado Project Based
Learning para el desarrollo de la producción oral del inglés en la
educación secundaria tuvo como objetivo seleccionar y sintetizar
información acerca de los beneficios y fases de implementación
dentro del PBL para el desarrollo de esta habilidad, así como las
dimensiones de la producción oral del idioma. Por otra parte, el
diseño del presente estudio se llevó a cabo a través de la técnica
documental de tipo cualitativa, en el cual se recolectó
información de diversas fuentes tanto nacionales como
internacionales a través de repositorios institucionales y bases de
datos académicos. Estos proveyeron datos auténticos y vigentes,
los cuales respaldaron la pregunta de investigación y fueron
recopilados por medio de instrumentos como la matriz de
triangulación, matriz de páginas electrónicas y técnica de fichaje.
Por último, se concluye que el Project Based Learning es una
metodología viable y efectiva para el desarrollo de la producción
oral en la educación secundaria.
This research work entitled Project Based Learning for the development of oral production of English in secondary education aimed to select and synthesize information about the benefits and implementation phases of the PBL for the development of this skill, as well as the dimensions of the oral production of the language. In addition, the design of this study was accomplished through the documentary technique of the qualitative type, in which information was collected from various sources, both national and international through the institutional repositories and academic databases. These provided authentic and current data which have supported the research question and have been compiled through instruments such as the triangulation matrix, matrix of electronics pages and the note card technique. Finally,it is concluded that the PBL is a viable and effective methodology for the development of oral production in secondary education.
