Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación realizado tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la Inteligencia Cultural y la Convivencia Escolar Democrática en los estudiantes de educación secundaria de una institución educativa pública del distrito de Santiago de Surco- UGEL 07. Para ello, se empleó la modalidad de Investigación Aplicada, que se caracteriza por la ausencia de intervención pedagógica, el tipo de enfoque fue cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo y tipo correlacional. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta con escala tipo Likert. Respecto a la muestra, estuvo compuesta por 125 estudiantes de primero a quinto grado de educación secundaria de una institución educativa pública del distrito de Santiago de Surco- UGEL 07.
Finalmente, a partir de la aplicación de los instrumentos mencionados en el trabajo de investigación, se dio como resultado el resultado la existencia de una correlación positiva débil entre la inteligencia cultural y la convivencia escolar Democrática. Por consiguiente, se concluye que la Inteligencia Cultural no es abordada de manera adecuada ya que no cuenta con una base teórica sobre la relación que tiene con la convivencia democrática en la escuela.
The general objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between Cultural Intelligence and Democratic School Coexistence in secondary school students of a public educational institution in the district of Santiago de Surco- UGEL 07. For this purpose, the Applied Research modality was used, which is characterized by the absence of pedagogical intervention, the type of approach was quantitative, descriptive design and correlational type. The technique used was the survey with a Likert-type scale. Regarding the sample, it was composed of 125 students from first to fifth grade of secondary education from a public educational institution in the district of Santiago de Surco- UGEL 07. Finally, from the application of the instruments mentioned in the research work, the result was the existence of a weak positive correlation between cultural intelligence and democratic school coexistence. Therefore, it is concluded that Cultural Intelligence is not adequately addressed since it does not have a theoretical basis on the relationship it has with democratic coexistence in schools.
