Aplicación didáctica de los memes para el desarrollo de la comprensión inferencial en estudiantes de secundaria

Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo el objetivo de mejorar la comprensión inferencial a partir del empleo del recurso gráfico y textual de los memes, debido a que los estudiantes de quinto año del nivel secundario mostraron un bajo nivel de comprensión lectora en la prueba diagnóstica a inicios del año escolar. Asimismo, esta tesis, respondió a la modalidad de innovación educativa, con un enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño metodológico pre experimental, se aplicó en una muestra de estudio compuesta por 28 estudiantes, quienes participaron en el desarrollo de un pre test con el instrumento TECOLEIN (Test de Comprensión Lectora Inferencial), en el que se conoció su nivel inicial de comprensión inferencial. Posteriormente, fueron protagonistas de los talleres en los cuales se hizo uso de diversas estrategias de comprensión lectora empleando el recurso de memes enfocados en los cinco niveles de comprensión inferencial. Finalmente, se comprueba, gracias a la aplicación del post test, con el mismo instrumento del pre test, la mejora considerable en el nivel de comprensión inferencial de los estudiantes de quinto año de secundaria de una institución educativa de Surco.
The present research had the objective of improving inferential comprehension using memes, due to fifth year high school students showed a low level of reading comprehension in the diagnostic test at the beginning of the school year. Likewise, this research, whose modality responded to educational innovation, with a quantitative approach and a pre-experimental methodological design, was applied to a study sample composed of 28 students, who participated in the development of a pre-test with the TECOLEIN (Inferential Comprehension Test) instrument, in which their initial level of inferential comprehension was determined. Subsequently, they were the protagonists of the workshops which they made use of various reading comprehension strategies using the resource of memes focused on the five levels of inferential comprehension. Finally, the application of a post-test, which is the same instrument as the pre-test, showed a considerable improvement in the inferential comprehension level of fifth year high school students of an educational institution in Surco.
