Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el efecto del programa “Willaqkuna” en el fortalecimiento de la expresión oral de los estudiantes del tercer grado de educación secundaria de una institución educativa pública. La investigación fue de nivel experimental, de tipo aplicada y de diseño cuasiexperimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 31 estudiantes del grupo control y 33 del grupo experimental. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de “observación no participante” y el instrumento adaptado “Ficha de observación para evaluar la expresión oral”.
Para el contraste de las hipótesis, se empleó la aplicación de Statistics Kingdom, considerando la estadística de U Mann-Whitney. Los resultados indicaron mejoras significativas, al incidir de manera significativa en la expresión oral después de la intervención. Se concluye que el programa “Willaqkuna” constituye una estrategia pedagógica eficaz para fortalecer la expresión oral en estudiantes de educación secundaria, demostrando mayor dominio en la dimensión no verbal, verbal y paraverbal; permitiendo que se expresen de manera estructurada y comprensible.
The present study aimed to determine the effect of the Willaqkuna program on strengthening the oral expression skills of third-grade secondary school students from a public educational institution. The research was experimental in nature, applied in scope, and employed a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 31 students in the control group and 33 students in the experimental group. For data collection, the non-participant observation technique was used, along with the adapted instrument entitled Observation Checklist for the Assessment of Oral Expression. To test the research hypotheses, the statistical software Statistics Kingdom was employed, applying the Mann–Whitney U test. The results revealed significant improvements, showing a meaningful impact on students’ oral expression after the intervention. It is concluded that the Willaqkuna program constitutes an effective pedagogical strategy for strengthening oral expression among secondary school students, demonstrating greater mastery in the nonverbal, verbal, and paraverbal dimensions, and enabling students to express themselves in a structured and comprehensible manner.
