Abstract
En el contexto de la educación primaria, fomentar una convivencia escolar positiva y el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales se convierten en aspectos cruciales para el bienestar de los estudiantes. Esta investigación se enfoca en abordar estos temas mediante la implementación del proyecto de innovación educativa "Juntos por un clima armonioso" en el quinto grado de Monterrico I.E. Aplicación. La investigación se desarrolló con un enfoque cualitativo y se llevó a cabo como un Proyecto de Innovación Educativa de tipo práctico participativo. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es promover una convivencia escolar de calidad en los estudiantes de quinto grado de primaria. A través de la implementación del proyecto "Juntos por un clima armonioso", se observó una mejora significativa en la convivencia escolar de estos estudiantes. Los resultados subrayan la importancia de cultivar un ambiente escolar donde los valores, habilidades blandas y el trabajo en equipo se fortalezcan. Este enfoque contribuye al bienestar y al desarrollo de los estudiantes en la educación primaria, mejorando su experiencia en la escuela y brindándoles las herramientas necesarias para enfrentar los futuros desafíos.
In the context of primary education, promoting positive school coexistence and developing socio-emotional skills are crucial aspects for students' well-being. This research focuses on addressing these topics through the implementation of the educational innovation project "Together for a Harmonious Climate" in the fifth grade of Monterrico I.E. Aplicación. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach and carried out as a Practical Participatory Educational Innovation Project. The main objective of this project is to promote quality school coexistence among fifth-grade students. Through the implementation of the "Together for a Harmonious Climate" project, a significant improvement in school coexistence was observed among these students. The results underscore the importance of cultivating a school environment where values, soft skills, and teamwork are strengthened. This approach contributes to students' well-being and development in primary education, enhancing their school experience and providing them with the necessary tools to face future challenges.
